A woman with dark hair slicked back, wearing a light pink dress, a beaded necklace, and gold earrings, stands outdoors in front of a tree with moss and leaves, smiling at the camera.

Nikko Navarro Blair, LMFT

I have always enjoyed working with people and supporting them in whatever ways I could. Over the years I have turned this into a career with formal training and education. I hold an M.Ed. in middle/secondary education, a MS in couples and family therapy, and I have training in TFCBT, DBT, Triple P Positive Parenting, and Parent Training Model for Oregon.

Additionally, I have spent much of my career working with kids and adolescents and have years of experience navigating adolescent and child behavior. I am very direct in my approach but also use humor and enjoy building a strong working relationship. As a therapist with ADHD, I provide a unique perspective and creative ideas for problem solving. You may notice I take notes or that I use a fidget at times and this is to help me pay better attention and track more efficiently! I am also fluent in Spanish and have always enjoyed working with hispanohablantes in whatever capacity I can. In my free time I enjoy cooking, eating, candy, and traveling with my family.

Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul
And sings the tune without the words
And never stops at all
